1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the Molly Thankful website, coaching services, and digital products (the "Services"), provided by MKTN Enterprises LLC("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

3. The Services

We offer trauma-informed coaching sessions, group programs, and digital products such as the Healing Blueprint. Coaching is for personal growth and emotional well-being. We are not licensed medical or mental health providers and do not diagnose or treat any condition. Please consult a licensed clinician for clinical care.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Probing, scanning, scraping, or interfering with security;
• Uploading malware or disrupting the Services for others.

5. Intellectual property

All content, materials, workbooks, recordings, and branding are owned by MKTN Enterprises LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial growth. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share access.

6. Payments, billing & refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's processing of your payment information in accordance with their Terms. See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your license to use the Services ends.

9. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MKTN Enterprises LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MKTN Enterprises LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
