MKTN Enterprises LLC, trading as Molly Thankful ("we", "us"), operates this website and provides coaching and digital products. We are the data controller for personal information collected through the Services.

What we collect & why

• Contact details (name, email) — to respond to inquiries, deliver purchases, and send service updates. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Account & order data — to fulfill orders, manage your account, and provide customer support. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Coaching intake responses — to prepare for and personalize your sessions. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Usage & device data (IP, browser, pages viewed) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — to send newsletters or offers if you opt in. Legal basis: consent (withdraw anytime).

Who we share data with

• Stripe — our payment processor, who handles payment processing, fraud prevention, and tax calculation.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, and customer support tools acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where reasonably needed.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax records). When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights
