Refund Policy

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from MKTN Enterprises LLC (Molly Thankful), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at mollyktnelson@gmail.com with your order details (the email address used at checkout and your order date), and we'll process it for you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor. Banks typically post the refund within 5–10 business days after it is processed.

Coaching sessions

For 1:1 coaching packages, any sessions already delivered before the refund request are deducted at the per-session rate. Unused sessions are refundable within the 14-day window.
